Getting hold of the spare was awesome, given it's a pretty pricey cleaner, and very well priced as a spare. More important to me was the ease of ordering and speed of delivery. Excellent service, thank you, the crumbs on our kitchen floor have never felt more worried :-).
My original stick rod was very difficult to take out of the machine. This one is effortless. It shows me my original rod-stick was faulty and I should have complained. The power didn't get through it as I had to rock the stick back and foward to remove it from the machine which caused the power to not get through. I was almost ready to through it away. I decided not to as we spent $860 to buy it and it was only 3 years old. You have no idea the amount of frustration and anger this caused. Thankyou.
