If you would like a quote for your shipping cost, simply follow the following steps:

  1. Choose the items you want to purchase and add them to your cart.
  2. Click on the shopping cart or checkout.
  3. Shipping will show on the checkout page after you enter your address.

 

In most cases, your order will be dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. According to your location, your order should arrive within 2 to 7 business days in Australia and 10 to 18 in New Zealand.

Occasionally, delays can occur that are beyond our control, such as courier delays, lost packages, or postal service closures.

You will receive tracking information shortly after you place your order in an email. Use that information to follow your order.

WARRANTY RETURNS 

If an item is deemed faulty by the manufacturer your item will either be replaced or repaired. Any postage costs incurred will be covered by us.

It is important to note that if a product fails to meet your expectations, it does not necessarily mean it is defective. Expectations of product performance may vary from person to person. You will be responsible for postage if there is no fault with the product and you wish to return it, unless it is very different from the description or wrongly recommended to you by us.

You also will be responsible for associated postage and repair costs if your claim is declined because the fault is determined to have occurred as a result of improper use of the product.

Tools, accessories and consumables including dust bags and filters, floor tools, extension cords unless defective in manufacture, are not subject to warranty.

In order to prolong the life of accessories and consumables, regular care and maintenance is recommended.

All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality in all products you purchase from us.

In accordance with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, if the product has a minor fault, we are required to repair the fault and send it back to you. If we believe the fault cannot be repaired, you will be sent a replacement product that matches your original purchase. If we are unable to repair or replace your faulty item, you will be refunded the total of your purchase amount.  

We endeavor to rectify the matter within a reasonable timeframe. 

 

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

We stand by our products and want you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason, you are not satisfied with the product, please let us know and we will be happy to rectify this.

Conditions of change of mind returns:

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging and re-sellable condition.
  • All postage costs associated with the product must be covered by the customer, including the original shipping costs to deliver the item to the customer.
  • Special order items are not eligible for return.
  • Returns for machines and motors are subject to our approval.
  • If return request approved, all machines must be returned in sealed manufacturer boxes in new condition. A 20% restocking fee will apply if the original seal is removed.
  • We may reject your return request if the above conditions are not met.

 

RETURN TO SENDER RETURNS

A credit or refund less any "return to sender" fees and original posting cost will be issued for all parcels which are "returned to sender" and it occurred because the customer did not collect the item from the post office or provided incorrect shipping address.

SECURE DELIVERY OF YOUR PARCEL

If a delivery is attempted while no one is home, the courier will either leave your item at your door or leave you a card to take to the specified pickup location where you can then sign for your new items and take them home.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER BEFORE SHIPPED

If you wish to cancel your order before shipping, please contact us as soon as possible. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.

HOW WILL MY RETURN BE PROCESSED?

Once the item/s are received, they will be checked to ensure they meet our returns conditions policy. Once cleared, you will be emailed a credit or refund for the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs in case of a change of mind return) directly to the original account used for your purchase.

We will endeavor to handle returns as soon as they are received but please allow up to 14 business days for it to be processed. Once your credit or refund is finalized, you will receive an email notification with your credit or refund. We cannot process returns until your item(s) have physically reached our returns department. We recommend keeping a copy of your tracking number as we will not be responsible for parcels lost in transit.
