The kit has not yet been used. But, the price was excellent and the staff exceptionally helpful. The kit came promptly and my concerns about delivery were quickly addressed, so it was reassuring to know that my order was in good hands. Great replenishment kit, correct product for model

Buying the spare then changing out the old ones has made my i3 work better.

Brought these as I read the reviews and seemed like these were good quality. Packaged well but upon opening the rubber rollers were flimsy. Goodluck trying to fit these in the machine not the correct length and the square end was slightly to big so has to be forced in. Once they were in the machine it started up and got about half a meter across the carpet when the error appeared that the rollers needed checking, rending them completely useless. Put the old original ones in and machine works fine. Don't waste your money.

This way I can be both economic and change the brushes, rollers and filters more often which keeps our machine working better and cleaner. Thank you

I was sent the wrong rubber brushes and haven’t heard back from the support team after calling and did what was asked to sort out the issue
