    We have a V10 and the powerhead attachment broke. We ordered a replacement from Vacuum Spares. It was very well priced, arrived quickly and works much better than the original did. The light on the front was a welcome surprise too. I definitely reccomend Vacuum Spares - Many thanks.

    I am an appliance repairer, this is a good replacement for a dyson floor head. Please note the steering is like the dyson fluffy roller heads, and feels a bit different to the normal dyson motorhead at first. A very good product, I will be buying them for customers again I imagine. One issue though, with Vacuumspares, my customer had issues using this, turned out when I had a go just due to the steering, but originally was unhappy as it did not work well, and having had the previous dyson head for years (before someone else used and broke it) I did not hesitate to take the customer's word for it. I asked Vacuumspares about a refund as it was faulty, not functioning properly. They said they would only refund the item, not the original postage. I said this would be fine if it was a customer (my) error, wrong model, or we did not like the look of it, etc., but that if it was faulty they really should refund the whole amount. I told them that it was just a user error with steering, and did not need to return it in the end, but I hope next time, when it is a faulty item, they offer the postage too. Not that it is much, but it is the principle of the thing. They said it was not faulty, I said, if it was not working, that it is faulty regardless of whether it broke, or whether it was originally designed poorly, and worked as designed, but was not up to what it was bought for. To be clear, a good item, just move it at a good speed, do not run around with it, and the steering will be fine. And I hope Vacuumspares is better with the refund for the next person. Good service, but I would have gone to PayPal to get the money if needed, as VS were firm on their position.
