    I am greatly disappointed because the filters ordered have not arrived. Can you please explain if they are being sent or has the order got lost in the wonderful world of mail during the COVID 19 virus. My rating would have to be MINUS 5 stars!

    I got a message from the company saying they didn't have the genuine part on hand so were sending me a generic part. They advised they would have to get the genuine part from another location and would send it, but it would arrive a little later (but sent me the generic part in the meantime).
