    I love Dyson products. I am 75 & have a bad wrist &cannot sweep or mop or do anything that requires 2 hands, but I can vacuum with the Dyson & I love the new head.

    The old model had a part that kept falling off. So pleased that that has been addressed.

    Technically a good vacuum head, but why does it not have the green light that the smooth floor head has?

    When I completed my order on line some of the fields requested information on what model of Dyson I was ordering for. When I filled in Dyson V11 Outsize I assumed that I would receive a motorhead for this product, NOT a generic motor head that fits all Dyson products.
