    The product is great BUT really unhappy with your delivery service. I chose next day dispatch- thinking this was exactly what was meant and it took 12 days to arrive. I understand I ordered on a weekend (although your next day dispatch option could clarify weekends are not included) but it didn’t get sent until the following Tuesday late afternoon. Very deceiving delivery option and would make me reconsider ordering from you again.

    I was really after the oversized turbo head however it was difficult getting the right information about this part , even though it fits my V11 it’s not the oversized turbo he’d that I wanted. It’ll do the job but it’s not quite right. Need to see dimensions on the website to work out if it’s the correct one. The chat didn’t help either because they couldn’t give me any dimensions on that part.
