    I accidently broke my childrens head and replaced it; they said they should have realised sooner that heads can wear out - it's like a new vacuum.

    The product is great BUT really unhappy with your delivery service. I chose next day dispatch- thinking this was exactly what was meant and it took 12 days to arrive. I understand I ordered on a weekend (although your next day dispatch option could clarify weekends are not included) but it didn’t get sent until the following Tuesday late afternoon. Very deceiving delivery option and would make me reconsider ordering from you again.
