Filter kit for Dyson DC07 upright vacuum cleaner
The Dyson DC07 vacuum cleaner has multiple filters to capture different types of particles and ensure efficient air filtration.
Pre-motor Filter: The pre-motor filter is located near the motor and is designed to capture fine dust and particles before they reach the vacuum motor. It helps protect the motor and maintain optimal performance.
Post-motor Filter: The post-motor filter is positioned after the motor and filters the air that is expelled from the vacuum cleaner. It helps capture any remaining particles, ensuring that the air released is as clean as possible.
Although only some DC07 versions come with a HEPA filter (many have a microfibre filter pad only), a HEPA filter can be inserted into all DC07 models. HEPA filters trap very small particles, including allergens, and can improve indoor air quality.
Regular cleaning or replacement of filters is essential to maintain vacuum cleaner performance and to ensure that the air expelled is clean. Dirty or clogged filters can reduce suction power and compromise overall efficiency.
