Bought a new vacuum. Order came within a few days. Very easy to order quick delivery. Machine is everything it's says it is. Very happy with this product.

Quick response to emails if there's an issue or you need assistance. The Cleanstar vacuum didn't take long to arrive and because the floor tool was faulty/ inferior quality, I was sent a replacement of better quality in a few days. Thank you Vacuum Spares!

I am revising my original review as the vacuum head and rod broke after just a couple of uses. The customer service agent from vacuum spares was helpful, however the supplier would not replace the faulty parts, stating they are considered consumables. As a gesture of goodwill vacuum spares has replaced them. I am very disappointed with Cleanstar and sadly this has reflected badly on Vacuum Spares. I will not purchase this brand again as I believe they are knowingly selling an inferior product and expecting the consumer to pay more to replace the inferior parts.

Every time Ive ordered dispatch and delivery is always fast. You get what you need asap. New back pack vacuum is very powerful and no more crashing and banging round the house with the standard ones.

Hi have not used the vacuum as yet as I am elderly and have a person comes in 2 hours a fortnight to vacuum for me. I am a little disappointed with the service I received from your company as I read how the item would be delivered between 3 to 7 days, after nearly a fortnight I contacted your site and reply was that there had been a miscommunication with warehouse as the royal blue model I ordered was not available and they were waiting to know if a silver one would be acceptable. I replied I was prepared to have the silver model, which was received by me a couple of days later. However would like to point out that the vacuum which arrived was a black one. I may have been unfortunate with the series of incidents which occurred but you did ask for my opinion on the transaction. Regards, Lorraine Hicks.
