    everything was excellent, i really like it. The vacuum I was expecting something cheap but i came with everything i am so happy with it becaus ei work as a house keeping and it has been working perfec. THE ONLY THING THAT I DINT LIKE IT (they have 3 options of colors. i chose the red one and it arrived silver)

    GREAT vac but flimsy head

    I love this back vac, I’ve used another for months and love how comfortable it is and easy to use. I clearly had to buy myself one and still loving it but I was disappointed with the head. After using it for only a couple of weeks, a piece of plastic cracked off holding one side wheel which has caused the wheel to fall off completely, I can still use it but am just disappointed how flimsy the head it to break so easily during use.

    Being only 4''11 I wanted something light and easy to swing onto my back several times aday. I own a cleaning company. The machine is powerful and love it. Light, easy. Love the long cord too with great suction. My staff are sharing it around to see how they like it also before we purchase more

    I already have one of these that I use in our cleaning business. I love it and decided to order a spare for home and emergencies. Would never go back to a regular vacuum cleaner after using a backpack. It's also much cheaper than other cleaners of this type. Very happy.
