    I purchased these just recently and the first time I used one, all 3 arms snapped off at the base. I have sent an email with supporting photos of this, and have not received any reply. As you promote yourself as Vacuum Spares, this product is faulty and I would appreciate a response to my email.

    These are the worst brushes I have ever purchased, put a brand new one on my Roomba and all 3 brushes have broken off in first use
