    New vacuum hose to suit Vax 2000

    the order arrived promptly and in good condition however the coupling on the end of the hose did not lock into the vacuum cleaner properly. Fortunately I was able to swap the coupling from the old hose (which was split) onto the new one, otherwise I would have had to return it. The coupling on the end of the new hose is not as long as the old and the locking clips appear to be rounded which did not allow it to lock in correctly.

    I was happy to find a replacement hose for my old Vax vacuum cleaner. The online site was easy to navigate & an overall pleasant shopping experience. However, within a week, the hose has already come away from the end, which is very frustrating. So, apart from the product itself, the service was pleasing & the delivery arrived in perfect condition & in a timely manner.
