    The head fits well but the suction is not strong like the Dyson original head. As a result it's easier to push on the carpet which is good but it doesn't give as deep a clean. It still cleans and was worth getting but just not as strong suction as expected.

    I am very pleased with this item. Of course, it is not as sturdy as the Dyson original but I have found it to be a perfectly acceptable replacement tool as I am not prepared to pay $199.00 for the Dyson product. Not certain how effective it would be if you have a pet that sheds but then again, guess it would depend on how often you vacuum. I have asthma and vacuum twice a week. I will be, when necessary, a return customer. One last note…delivery was speedy.
