    My Dyson has really good suction but each of these heads catch on my carpetmaking the job really tiring and hard to do.

    Vacuuming the carpeted areas is really hard work as I have to push so hard across the areas. The heads tend to grab the carpet and I am wondering if this is normal. I reduce the suction by squeezing the flow trigger on the handle. It is fabulous on hard floors but am I using the correct head for my carpeted areas?

    unfortunately we wasted $50 for a product that is no use to us ? When put together the tiny spring that goes in the attachment flung off into a busy room and we have been unable to locate it. we have had to tape the whole thing to the vaccuum, but regardless the unit down not provide anywhere near the suction that the Dyson head did. I had wanted it to be a great product replacement but was heavily disappointed in this product.

    I am 100% satisfied with this product. The revolving brush inside, allows more dirt to be removed with ease.

    Happy with product and speed of delivery, but it came with no manual, eg to explain what the switch is on top of the turbo head and the two switches underneath.
