The product itself is great, bu the service was very slow, In an age when most companies today deliver next day, read that again deliver next day, this company took 2 days just to pick the item from their warehouse and pack it ready to be shipped, 2 days. The whole delivery process took over a week. To be honest it is the last time I will order from this company because of this very slow process.
Great product, same as previous one that lasted 7 years. Cheaper in price also. Most definately recommend.
Really good device! Only time will tell how long it will last but overall very effective! Found it tricky to disassemble without messying up the holes (for the flathead driver to open) slightly also all that highspeed contact with carpet creates alot of static all over the head but the pet hair is better off in,and or on the head as opposed to in the carpet so despite that it has earned 5 ⭐️ from me good job ?
