    I recently called Dyson to order a new filter for my vacuum. After reaching their support in some third world country I was told Dyson no longer supports the model that I own, but they would send me a discount coupon for the purchase of a new vacuum. Why would I want to buy a new vacuum if it's not going to be supported after a certain amount of time. No thank you Dyson. I searched on line and found Vacuum spares. They had the parts I needed and shipped them immediately. I would highly recommend them. I'm very happy with the purchase.
