    It can’t work after using it for four times. So sad. How can I ask for return?

    The power head is average at best, but as to be expected as it’s quite cheap. My animal power head ceased to work that’s why I purchased this purely on budget, but if you can afford it, best to replace your Dyson power head with another one.

    Very good quality power head for Dyson V6 - it isn’t authentic Dyson but it doesn’t need to be still does an excellent job and has extended the life of my vac. Cheap quality alternative to not have to buy a new vac. Thanks

    This vacuum head is a lot smaller and lighter than the original Dyson head which is convenient for getting into tighter places. Unfortunately the rollers keep stopping and I keep having to press the trigger to start the head rolling again. Yes it is considerably cheaper, however I’m not sure I would try to save money in the future and not buy the original again. Can not recommend this as reliable.

    Fits and works, but nowhere near the standard of the genuine Dyson powerhead.
