    Not quite like the genuine filter but good enough

    I purchased one of these filters late June so that I could have a spare while I washed the original filter that came with my Dyson. The generic filter functions as you would expect it to but there is a fairly high pitched noise that isn't present when I use the genuine filter. It's not very noticeable at low power but on medium & high power, it increases in intensity. Since it's only a spare filter while the other filter dries, it's not a deal breaker for me. The customer service is top notch - despite the delays in my order reaching me (which were entirely AusPost delays & outside of their control), they really have gone out of their way to be helpful. Thank you so much - if I need more stuff for my Dyson, I know where I'll be going. :)

    Very quick and efficient delivery and cheaper alternative to purchasing from Dyson. Dyson was out of stock so Vacuum Spares came to the rescue. Definitely ordering from Vacuum Spares again.

    Works well and fits well. Suction increased dramatically once new filter installed. Had cleaned old filter about 8 times.
