Sits at the bottom of the powerhead. Includes the lint strip. 

Original Dyson Part.

Compatible with Dyson powerhead 949852-05 (all Dyson V6 SV03 models except the DC62 (V6 slim) and with all DC59 models.)

Not suitable for any SV04, SV05, SV06, SV07, SV09 (V6 Absolute, V6 Fluffy, V6 Motorhead, V6 Animal Origin, V6 Animal Extra). Also not compatible with Dyson V6 Slim, or Dyson V6 Slim Origin

    We bought our first Dyson stick vacuum several years ago. The battery was replaced by Dyson after approximately three years. Soon after we bought another Dyson stick, same model for backup. The battery on the older unit failed some two years later. However, we had the newer unit, so we benched the old unit and carried on. Imagine our annoyance when the battery started to fail on that unit. Rather than have Dyson put new batteries in each at total cost of around $200, we looked for alternatives. VacuumSpares provided two replacement batteries, promptly delivered just over $100 all up. Easy to install and we were up and vacuuming with two units that worked a treat.
