    After dealing with Dyson direct and they told me it the filter was was a non-customer spare part after they told me it didn't have a filter? I searched some more on the internet and found that the filter could be purchased online. I replaced the part myself which was extremely easy (saving $65 service fee exclusive of part cost from Dyson) and the vacuum is working better than ever. Saved dollars by doing a simple job myself. Thanks Vacuum Spares for the super quick delivery and all round online easy purchasing process.

    Does the animal pro come with a HEPA filter? The filter I purchased looked extremely similar to the one I removed from the vacuum, and its a mission to get the filter out and in again, you need special tools not just your standard screw drivers which is a tad annoying
