Most Dyson DC37 or DC39 vacuum cleaner owners aren't aware that they have a large filter called "post HEPA" filter inside the vacuum cleaner. It sits around the motor in the main body and is hidden from view.
This filter is responsible for the air quality, which leaves the vacuum cleaner. When this filter gets dirty, it affects the air quality and the performance of the vacuum cleaner. The suction can be reduced, the vacuum can produce a foul odour, and the dirty filter makes the motor work harder, reducing its lifetime.

    I've now re-conditioned 2 Dyson vacuum cleaners and vacuum Spares has been great. Plastic is a dirty word, however if a company is going to build equipment using plastics, it must be top quality and Dyson is just that. The Parts from Vacuum Spares are top notch. Now these beautifully made machines can be re-cycled over and over again, instead of going to land fill. Thank you Vacuum Spares for your services. Kindest regards, Dave

    DC39 Post Hepa Filter

    Seen as I was replacing the motor of my DC39 I thought I should replace Post HEPA filter. Delivery was prompt given current Aust Post delays in Melb. Replacing the filter a bit more tricky than the motor but was able to do it with some help from google. DC39 as good as new now. Hopefully get another 10 years out of it.
