    The ordering was simple. I was kept up to date with delivery and the head arrived much sooner than expected. I am loathe to say this but the replacement head was better than the original for us. I am very happy with my purchase.

    Bought the generic fluffy head for my v7 because I couldn't afford the Dyson one. Does well on hard floors but not on rugs or carpet. The clear front cover could be better if it went closer to the floor. Otherwise a good product.

    We bought a hard floor attachment for our Animal V9 as the standard dyson floor head was scratching our hardwood floors (disappointing!) However the part from Vacuum Spares fits perfectly and does a fab job on our Jarrah floors! Super quick delivery - 3days later. Thanks VS!

    I needed a head for my dyson that would not damage our timber floors. I emailed you to ask your opinion. You gave me an option of three suitable heads and I chose the generic brand as dyson was very expensive. the item was delivered within a few days and it looks identical to dyson and is beautifully made.
