Description
End Cap for Dyson V8, V10 & V11 Direct Drive Cleaner Heads
Over time, the end cap on your Dyson cleaner head can wear out due to regular use. If you notice signs of wear such as fraying, cracking, or deformation, it may be time to replace the end cap to keep your cleaner head operating smoothly.
A worn or damaged end cap can prevent the roller brush from spinning freely. If the brush bar is not rotating properly, the end cap may be clogged, damaged, or worn. Cleaning the area may resolve the issue, but if the problem continues, replacing the end cap is recommended.
Unusual noises coming from the cleaner head—such as grinding, squeaking, or rattling—can also indicate a faulty end cap that needs replacement.
Replacing the end cap helps maintain proper brush bar rotation and ensures your cleaner head continues to deliver effective cleaning performance.
