This component is essential for the proper functioning of the powerhead in a vacuum cleaner. It ensures that the motor receives power and the brush roll gets the necessary airflow to perform its cleaning tasks effectively. If a vacuum cleaner's powerhead T-piece is damaged or malfunctioning, it can affect performance or make the power head stop altogether.

However, for a fraction of the cost of replacing a powerhead, the damaged part can be replaced.
