    Had a problem at beginning, but cleaned the vacuum out and it slowly built-up speed and now works perfectly.

    When Dyson could not supply a replacement 'turbine' head for my DC23 I contacted Vacuum Spares and they replaced it with a genuine Dyson spare instead of me having to take Dyson's offer of 15% off a new machine.

    It was really good to be able to find this part for my Dyson as Dyson have discontinued this model. My machine was still in good working condition except the vacuum head so it was great to find this part elsewhere & at a good price .
