    Wasn't sure to start with, but it was so easy to replace, and it works like new now. Should have changed it earlier! The old one had a bit of a crack so the attachment was a bit loose and now is tight as new.

    Bin fitting to V8

    The non-genuine bin was hard to fit to my Dyson V8, and fell off the first time we emptied it. I doubt a genuine Dyson bin would do this. After some fiddling, I refit the HYGIEIA bin, and it now seems to work, but it was disappointing not to fit readily straight out of the box. Let's see how it goes in time, but, so far, it wasn't really worth saving those few dollars.
