    I am disappointed in the amount of time it is taking for Vacuum Spares to rectify the situation.

    Product is great as advertised and was pre charged. Wasted a day waiting for courier who never came as advised and no notification from Aramax as usual. Came the next day and no apology for wasted time. Product is good but Aramax need to up their game and if not arriving as promised then text to advise!

    Service is excellent but hard to rate battery higher as previous one (Hygieia) only lasted 14 months and I’m not sure whether this is reasonable. I’d really like to know what the usual experience is
