    Unfortunately bags received were not suitable for my Shopvac K12 as requested. Those received were much smaller than K12 replacement bags. Very helpful staff at Vacuum Spares stated correct size not available. Advised to retain those sent and a full refund would be processed. This was done promptly and the cost credited to my account. Although I didn’t get what I needed, I certainly can’t complain about the friendly customer service.
