    Unfortunately the felt strip on the base of the unit came unstuck and ended up wound around the rotating brush. Otherwise the unit works brilliantly.

    Didn't really work. It picked up some fluff from the floor but seem to push just as much ahead of the rotating brush. Also, it seemed to want to skate all over the floor and the head didn't want to travel at right angles to the direction you pushed it, it wanted to twist around. This was the second head I received. The first head I received broke before I got it on the vacuum cleaner. The company were good though in giving me a refund but the head itself is rubbish.

    It's much lighter than the power head,and when going it seems to motor over the floor. Making it easier and lighter work. It picked up large and small but now I hate the laser it shows all the dust and dirt you missed. Service was good but the snail mail took forever.

    This was super light and picked up fluff from a shiny tile floor really well.
