    Took 10/15 mins to assemble, and instructions were in Asian Language, but could still follow along, got the charging cable to fit in through the back of the cradle that holds the battery pack. Takes pride of place in the utility room next to the desktop computer so is in a prominent spot and ready for action at any time, can see attachments ready for use. Glad I bought it, will get one for my son and one for my daughter. A useful gift for birthday, house warming, etc.

    This is one of THE most brilliant inventions out. So easy to install, and, it really works. The power cord tucks in at the back, plug in, power up. Fantastic.

    GREAT PRODUCT. BUT NOT PACKAGED WELL. A BIT DIFFICULT TO PUT TOGETHER. BUT GREAT ANYWAY.

    Whilst it's a bit fiddly to put together, once assembled it's fantastic. I'm using it with my Dyson V11 and am very happy having all the tools in one place, and having the vacuum on charge permanently.
